A great place to slow down and relax. Quiet and spacious, lots of light. On the down side, it would be good to have known about eg access to outdoor furniture which we found a couple of days into holiday, and collection day for bins.Camaret sur Mer is an ideal place to stay with plenty of places to eat, good walks, lovely beaches, and almost an 'island' feel to it.

Great location - A few opportunities for improvement

We spent a month in this house with family and friends. The location is great. The Crozon peninsula is rich in possibilities. The house is within walking distance of everything in Camaret. The owners were very responsive. The owners live 20 miles away from the property which can limit the speed of their reaction if their help is needed. Also, we were asked to provide a check of 500EUR as security deposit after we checked in. We politely declined as deposits should be requested through VRBO during the booking process not after check-in. The house was recently remodeled and is generally well equipped and maintained but the use of the space could be optimized. There is only a small couch that can barely seat two people. If you are there with a party of 3 or 4 people, there is simply nowhere else to seat but at the kitchen table. Meanwhile, there are two large dining tables in the kitchen and dining area of the living room. That felt a little redundant. Also, there is not a single desk in any of the bedrooms. Anyone who needs to work in this house will have a hard time finding the space necessary to put a computer and its accessories. Improving the quality of the pillows and comforters would go a long way to improving sleep quality and the comfort of the home.

Un très bel accueil par Alexandra et son mari avec en plus des petits cadeaux à notre arrivée. La maison est incroyablement propre, grande, bien équipée et très bien située. La rue est très calme, proche du centre, de la plage, et le point de départ de magnifiques promenades. Un grand merci à Alexandra et son mari pour ce séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Merci Alexandra pour votre réactivité face à notre réservation de toute dernière minute. La maison est très bien placée, proche du port, dans une rue tranquille. Elle est très fonctionnelle et rénovée récemment. Le côté salon est un peu petit mais possède une belle vue ouest pour profiter d'un apéro face au soleil couchant. Nous avons vraiment passé une excellente semaine dans ce coin de Bretagne magnifique, merci !
