This lovely two bedroom apartment is situated in the famous area of Kapparis within walking distance to the Beach.
As you walk in you will find open space living area which sliding doors will take you to nice sized balcony.
It is modern, fully furnished apartment with two large bedrooms of which one opens together with the living room to a balcony.

We stayed at the property at the end of May. 2 adults and 2 children. Check in process was easy and straight forward. We received the details days before pur arrival. Clear instructions. We had a car which helped but even without, the property is fairly close to shops and restaurants. Maybe a bit of a walk to the nearest beach. Kitchen was equipped with all we needed (maybe a microwave would be a good idea ) , beds were comfortable and all appliances were in working condition. We loved to Nissi beach too much therefore we spent most our time there and didnt use the pool so cannot comment on that. Overall a good stay. Definitely could use this property in the future

The property was clean and tidy and in a good location. The parking is not ideal but didn't cause us too many issues. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. A minor issue was that the plug in the bathroom sink didn't fit so you couldn't run a sink of water to shave.I would recommend that you provide instructions for the safe as we had to call the rep out to show us and also instructions for the TV.Other than that the appartment was perfect for our needs.

We travelled as a family of 3, with a teenager and chose Mariada for its space and facilities. We made a great choice and couldn't fault the apartment at all.
Everything was spotlessly clean, lovely bright bathrooms, good sized balcony and a great kitchen too. It's location was ideal for accessing Kapparis, there is a a side entrance just below the balcony to the right that leads you to the main road and one to the left of the small car park that brings you out at a mini market for all the essentials.
The pools were great, we mainly used the one closest to us at the end of the street but cross over the road and you can also use the adults only one opposite the gym and behind that there is a large family pool too. The beaches are just 10-15 mins walk away.
Our only suggestion is to hire a car, particularly in peak summer when it's very hot. There's plenty of restaurants and bars close by, but for more variety you will need to take the bus and this ended up being a bit hard work in the heat. A car will help you to really make the most of your holiday and let you explore more of the island which we did during our second week.

We were staying in the apartment for 20 nights and really enjoyed. The overall condition is great and the staff and management were extremely helpful.
PROS:
- location. If you are familiar with Kapparis area, Mythical sands is probably the best choice to stay in apartment. You are very close to shops/bars/beach but still quiet and calm area!
- full equipment in apartment, including dishwasher!!!
- the balcony was especially comfortable because there are plastic curtains protecting from wind and rain;
- we had 2 midstay cleaning included;
- free access to small and large swimming pools in Mythical sands complex. They are really clean and nice to use!
CONS:
- not really a con, but the water pressure may be low. This is a common problem in Cyprus though
