Villa was really nice the pool was good the rooftop pool table is a great idea Kitchen BBQ Lounge area was all comfortable Tasos was great responded quickly and got any issues sorted out promptly Tasos did get us new pool cues as when we arrived the cue that were left were broken which was good Pinball machine works well so used that a few times

A few things did let a few aspects down The pool table on the roof is nearing the end of life the cloth has few cuts and staines on and it’s not flat so the balls don’t roll properly so playing pool was quite difficult even with the new cues that Tasos bought over

This was the best vacation we’ve ever had!

Very nice house, nicely furnished both inside the house and in the back yard. The host was really nice and helpful as well. Fun activities like pinball machine and the pool table on the roof terrace. The house was even better in person than in the pictures.

The longer we spent in the villa, the more issues we came across! It’s a shame as I could be a really nice villa.

Tasos and the host were very friendly, the wine and chocolates left at the Villa throughout our stay was a nice touch.

The Villa isn’t well maintained! As mentioned in a previous comment the pool table was too worn to be able to use. The egg chair on the roof top was broken and unsafe to use. A couple of poolside tiles were hanging off (tripping hazard). The pool exterior was dirty and needed a good clean, (the dirt came away with a good scrub). The walls inside the Villa desperately needed painting, or a simple wipe/wash down before we arrived would have been far better than how they were left. With black handprints/finger prints everywhere, they were filthy! The windows weren’t clean and someone had to come back out to clean them. Lots of other things didn’t work like lights, air-con in one bedroom, broken glass on the dining table. No locks for the bathrooms (we had 2 family’s in the Villa). The list goes on… If you are expecting the Villa to look like the pictures then prepare to be disappointed. The pictures are old ones. Tasos did offer to come and paint during our stay, but we didn’t want the hassle whilst on holiday, and there were a number of other issues - too many to sort! I did take more photos but could only upload the 4.

Excellent Villa for families.

The pinball machine, table football and pool table were a great hit with the kids..the pool was a great size. 4 large double rooms, plenty of room for two families. A fantastic villa to stay in, a drive to central Ayia Napa so was in a quiet area. We were very well looked after with beer, milk and fruit provided on arrival and ice cream delivered for the kids during the stay. Highly recommend recommended.

Great place!

Great place to spent your holidays! The Villa is fully equipped, and offers many facilities! Located in a very nice and quiet area, minutes away from the center of Ayia Napa. The host is very polite and willing to provide any help you may need. Would definitely recommend and will definitely visit again!

Podobało nam się to, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. Dom jest przygotowany do normalnego, codziennego funkcjonowania a także super relaksu.

Przydałyby się tabletki do zmywarki i więcej adapterów do gniazdek.
