We had an issue with wifi which the owner sorted straight away which is great service for an apartment
The electric kill switch meant lights would always be off until you put the magnet in the inside box so getting in with kids at night was near impossible it was phone torches all round, as a suggestion the outside light on a different circuit would be a good idea so it works without the magnet

Maintenance service very efficient. Apartment was clean, great balcony. Quietly area, close to main street and less than 10 minutes walking distance to a beach.
