The apartment was in newly build neighborhood with parking place by the apartment. We had really nice stay, there is green backyard with chairs and table where to sit and chill. Rooms were nice and clean, we had air conditioners in every room and big swimming nearby.

Blood on one of the quilts and one of the other ones was grubby

The house was spacious, great small beaches nearby, the pool was very clean and friendly lady at the bar. The cleaning lady was great. Although we arrived to find the ground floor still dirty, she came quickly, apologised, and did a thorough job. She then offered us a late checkout and left us some treats, which was a nice gesture.

Communication with the managers was terrible: there is no reception, and when we called for access, they kept asking what property we were staying in instead of helping, which wasted a lot of time. My advice is to confirm all access details in advance. We also found large mould in the living room, our messages were ignored until we messaged Booking.com. They eventually came and cleaned the mold. The house smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the kitchen was poorly equipped (missing basics like enough bowls, mugs, a wine opener, or coffee maker) which we asked and they said they’d bring but never did, and the garden lacked privacy due to a very low fence with the neighbouring rental. Spacious, yes, but the poor communication, maintenance issues, lack of essentials, and no privacy made it disappointing.
