The facility is really well equipped, the kitchen is fully equipped, they even have a hot air fryer. The only thing missing is a coffee machine. In general, the price is excellent for what is on offer, but it should be taken into account that Paralimni has a slightly cheaper accommodation offer. Large supermarkets are close by (metro 10 minutes walk), Trinity beach as well, although I would not limit myself to this one, because in Cyprus you have a really large number of beautiful beaches. The pool is nice and there is also the possibility of using the pool in the nearby Mythical sands complex. You have FREE parking, if you plan to rent a car and the possibility of using the gym (which is a bit older equipment in the basement, but it can be used).

The bathroom is missing at least one more storage cabinet. The extra bed (for the 5th person) is uncomfortable, but ok... Although we stayed for 16 days and had a washing machine, we received ONLY ONE set of bed linen. The biggest problem was the communication with the owner who hired the agency for maintenance and rental of the accommodation. First of all, when we arrived (we had a late flight), the owner forgot to give us the code for picking up the key. It turned out that the code was wrong, that the agency had changed it, and they didn't tell the owner, which left us waiting for several hours in front of the entrance until someone from the agency answered his call. Furthermore, on the first night we accidentally locked ourselves in front of the accommodation, and the key was left inside, where a man came to unlock it for us and took 20e for that service, and at the same time we were informed by the owner that we would be charged 80e next time if the same thing happened again. The owner and the agency refused to give us a spare key in order to avoid this situation, even though making a key at a local locksmith nearby would only cost 3e. The owner later told us that he could have even left us in front of the apartment and let us look for a locksmith to open it for us at night, but he did us a favor by not doing so. We needed an extra coffee pot and another small pot for cooking, which we asked the owner for, and he refused, saying that previous guests had bought him extra dishes. If you ask me, it was pretty stingy on the part of the owner, so we went and bought them ourselves and left them with him, considering that the price of those two items was about 15e. In the end, the owner accused us that the apartment was very dirty, that he had to pay extra for cleaning, and that we allegedly broke some baking dish , which we didn't even use.

This a very clean and comfortable apartment, well presented by the owner. Full kitchen facilities, well furnished, with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Air conditioning in every room. The pool is well maintained, and enclosed for safety. The owners are very helpful and informative. The beach is only a few minutes drive, and there are bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. I would recommend BarLee's apartment to anyone visiting Cyprus.

The only negative was that the main bedroom overlooks the road so there was some noise from traffic at night.
