Kapparis town house

Pilnai įrengta virtuvė, su daug indų ir svarbiausia su indaplove. Baldai seni, tačiau viskas švaru, balta patalynė ir rankšluoščiai, patogūs lovų čiužiniai. Vertinant pagal tai kiek mes sumokėjome, tikrai viskas buvo labai gerai.

Pritrūkome dar vienos anklodės, tačiau palikta buvo didžiulė, tad anūkė su močiute pasidalino. Lauko baldų minkštas dalis būtina atnaujinti - jos suplyšusios ir nuo drėgmės atsirado pelėsis. Taip pat galima būtų palikti pledų, kadangi mūsų buvimo laikotarpiu vakarais sėdėti terasoje buvo kiek vėsoka.

Excellent location and fast reaction of called needs. We needed dryer for wash and additional coverlot, owner provided both of them in the same day. Full kitchen equipped and roomy fridge. Perfect contact with owner.

The house had all amenities such as aircondition, shaker, coffee maker (but no capsules), good fridge etc. The back yard was good for your night drink (even though neighbours are right next to you and can see right through the low wall) Cleaners had left the ac on when they left so the house was cool when we arrived

Check in was at 1500 and when we arrived at 1530 the staff was still cleaning and had at least 1 hour left to finish. We had no notification about this, even though the staff communicated with us on the day to tell us that the early Check in we requested was not possible (but no mention about running late). We had a child with us and could have stayed at the beach. So they basically ruined our first day. Plus it took them 35 minutes to come back to us as to when the house would be ready. We requested a partial refund that was of course declined. They offered us a late check out 1300 instead of 1100 which we did not need as we were leaving early in the morning. Completely disappointing service. Also the house is not well maintained. For example the bathroom sink door was missing a handle and was moldy, the doors frames were bended and out of position and the house wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The cost was 150/night that is normal for the area but it's not value for money We are definitely not visiting again.
