Our host was super nice, and spoke English fluently. Our apartment was quite big, and the pool was clean. The beaches was nice for small kids because of the shallow water.
The whole town is under construction, and there are very few restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The location will probably be nice in a few years :)

Very clean and spacious. Owner was very helpful, allowing an early check in.
Large outside patio.
Under cover car parking.
Shower very small. A microwave would have been useful.

NO AIR-CONDITIONING in the LIVING ROOM, only in bedroom
NO LIFT. Only a steep staircase
No bedside lamps
Parking spaces too narrow and partly under the sun
No cleaning service for the room (for three nights)
Stove top waaay too slow. Took 10 minutes to make a coffee
Coffee shaker would be useful
Only 2 single bed option for bedroom
Only 2 glasses and 2 coffee cups available
No second face towel
