About this apartment rental
Newly decorated one bedroom apartment in the resort of Kapparis just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach but also with direct access onto a communal pool. The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe, ceiling fan, air conditioning and sliding patio door direct onto the balcony and the swimming pool. The bathroom has a walk in shower, WC, sink and tiled floor. The lounge has a new sofa bed, sleeping 1 adult and a small child or two children and a small dining table for 4. There is also a TV, Wifi throughout, android box showing international channels and movies and a DVD player. The kitchen has all modern appliances with a full set of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans.
Outside the apartment the patio has seating for 4 and sunbeds with a gate onto the communal swimming pool area.
The apartment is situated on Santa Barbara complex which is a 2 minute walk into Kapparis and 5-10 minute walk to the local sandy beach.

Good location close to shops, restaurants etc. (Within walking distance) Local beach also very close
Lovely pool that was quiet most of the time despite being July, it did get busier in the second week but still had lots of quiet times.
Covered parking which was a godsend keeping the car cool despite the high temperatures
Julie the owner was welcoming and left us to ourselves with the option to contact her if needed which was great . She met us at the apartment on arrival and when we were leaving
Would definitely book again
