About this apartment rental
Διαμέρισμα 1 υπνοδωματίου σε πολυτελές θέρετρο στην περιοχή kapparis στα πρωταρά. 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τις 3 μαγευτικές παραλίες του kapparis. Μόλις 200 μέτρα από την κεντρική λεωφόρο του kapparis, όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε πολλά εστιατόρια, παμπ, σούπερ μάρκετ, παιδική χαρά, στάση λεωφορείου και φαρμακείο. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει 1 μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι και 1 μονόκλινο, όπου μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν 2 ενήλικες και ένα παιδί. Στο καθιστικό υπάρχουν 2 καναπέδες που μπορούν εύκολα να μετατραπούν σε 2 κρεβάτια, για άλλα 2 άτομα. Μπορεί να παρέχεται ένα κρεβάτι γάδου και μια καρεκλάκι μωρού.

My wife and I stayed at Demetris wonderful apartment for 28 days. Wonderful position just off the strip in Kapparis and near some beautiful little bays. Not overlooked and very quiet. My wife is disabled but apartment on first floor with a good sized lift and parking near by not a problem. Big question would we stay there again 100%. Thank you Demetris.

We rested in Cyprus at Demetris apartment from 10 to 23 of May. We were very pleased!!! In Cyprus fell in love !!! Beautiful, kind, helpful people !!! Demetris Apartment is beyond praise !!! Everything is very clean, nice, nice! Has everything you need - washing machine, refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, blender, toaster, iron, TV, dishes, shampoo in the bathroom (for special children), body wash, liquid soap ... The location is very good - 10 minutes from the sea by foot, Metro stores, discount, butchers shop within walking distance. Demetris is an ideal Land Lord . it is clear that he loves children (toys of good quality are present in the apartment), there is a full bed and a baby bed, playpen for a baby. Excellent huge bed for two !!! In the hall are two comfortable sofas. All that is in the photo, everything is present in the apartment. A great bonus for us was the WI FI. We arrived at night Kapparis, but thanks to a very good description of the location of the apartment Demetris easily found it. Demetris has been constantly in touch, was interested in whether there is a problem if assistance is needed. And what a delicious Cake he brought us !!! Demetris, thank you very much for the holidays !!! Definitely and with pleasure I can recommend apartment to their friends !!!
