The town house is minutes away from downtown monument circle, located in the diverse neighborhood of Holy Cross. Homes in Holy Cross are distinguished by skilled craftsmanship that you will find in historicals homes. The town house has been remodeled for short term guest strictly. Clean, spacious home. Host responded quickly. I would take extra paper towel (1 roll provided) and kitchen towels (1 provided). Front bedroom with 2 beds hears a lot of road noise.

Good location in a diverse neighborhood with very comfortable beds and a friendly porch cat

This property worked well for us. We had 2 couples and 2 single men who were volunteering at the FDIC Exhibition. We all had our privacy, but also were able to hold team meetings around the dining room table. The beds (and showers) were comfortable and clean.

We arrived late in the evening to find the porchlights on and welcoming us to the property. The property was exactly what we needed. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the available coffees and teas. The location was great for visiting downtown Indianapolis and comfortable to retire to in the evenings.
