The Duplex is minutes away from downtown monument circle, located in the diverse neighborhood of Holy Cross. The home is distinguished by skilled craftsmanship that you will find in historical homes. The Duplex has been remodeled for short term guest strictly. Unfortunately due to weather, the outside of the place has not been painted yet.
3 bedroms 2 bath room. Living room, dining room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are on the ground level . All 3 bed rooms and 1 bathroom are located on the second level. The space is trimed out in a beautiful red wood with glory pillars dividing the living room and dining room. Art work in just about every room. The kitchen has brand new granite countertops. The main bath room (up stairs) is done in a must see porcelain.
