Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was pretty good. Good location.
Very hard beds. No kettle in rooms to boil water.

- Convinient location to attend an international conference. (Walking distance from the Arusha Conference Center.)
- Decent breakfast (Omlet, toast, coffee, fruit) is included.
- Good Wifi connection.
- Open patio in the second floor.
- The facility of my room (such as washroom) is a bit decayed but clean. Because the room price is cheap, you can't conplain. This hotel is value for money.
