Lovely staff, breakfast included. Lots of information provided by staff in the reception area and also a booklet in the room. Helped us organise airport transfers.
Bit of a walk to some restaurants we wanted to try but still walkable.

Nice staff, you see what you get, location was fine, lockers for your luggage!
Bathroom was a little dirty, also no hot water, no sheet or comforter but a fleece blanker which was not great to sleep under.
