The staff was very helpful, even if I did not have my issues resolved (we had an incomplet door, without window or net, just empty space, for 5 nights). The food from the restaurant was awesome.

Everything good. The hotel is in the city downtown in a crowded area but we feel completely comfortable, security and warmly received. The bed was perfect, the sheets was clean and good, the restaurant have ocidental food. We tried to have dinner outside the hotel but it’s a bit difficult cause is to regional food, but the hotel helps us with everything. It’s completely possible to be in hotel outside the touristy area of safaris. Hot water, silent room, Congrats for all the staff

It is very close to the bus station hence quite busy and noisy outside. Plus side is that I couldn’t hear the noose once in my room.
