Amazing experience and great breakfast! The room was very clean with a great view and comfortable bed.

The breakfast dishes that were contained in the "warm" dishes were cold on all mornings. The only hot meal in the morning was the omelet and the coffee is served myself.
The one evening meal i did have there took 1 hr and that was reminding the waiters 3 times. Eventually the supervisor came our and served me and advised me that my meal, a club sandwich was FOC.

Hotel muito bonito, confortável e agradável! Quarto amplo com cama boa e roupas de cama em perfeito estado. Equipe gentil e pronta para ajudar! O hotel tem piscina ao ar livre! Jantar, cobrado a parte, muito bom! Café da manhã completo! Adoramos e indicamos o hotel!

Calm atmosphere amid the chaos of Arusha. Clean. Good entrance area. Nice staff.
Poor value for money. It's the most expensive place we stayed in Tanzania, but also the worst. For the cost, I would expect there to be soap in the soap dispensers, to have bathrobes, better furnishings, a better coffee/tea station, more bottled water, a tastier breakfast...
After coming from safari, if a mid-range camp in the middle of the Serengeti can have more luxury touches, I expect more from a hotel in town
