    The staff are amazing! They are all VERY friendly and go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be! The pool is great too but wish it was open past 6pm. We were here with a big group and the size of the rooms varied greatly, ours being the smallest by far in 321, but for the amount of time you spend in your room it was fine.

    I stayed on other hotel before coming here.. it is good, quiet and clean one. Also had variety of food options.

    We spent a total of 3 nights. 1 nt before safari and 2 nts after. 1st nt was a great experience with staff really bending over backwards to be helpful. But on return from safari the room provided on 1st floor was not only sub standard but also had cockroaches. I had requested for another room that very evening, but was told rooms were full.saw many checking in after us, so that was not the truth. We had paid exactly the same amount both times and yet, this was a sub STD room. Shower in tub ( not really optimum for coupl in 60s) and curtains dirty, track broken, hence curtains wouldn't close well. 4* property with such shoddy interiors, was not really what I expected. Promise of diff room next day wasn't provided either. We received a parcel and we weren't told about it till we called up, waited for 30mins and my husband then went down himself to get it. It was left in their storage room, but no message for us. We could have easily forgotten it. For payment too, we were told there was some increased levy and additional payments were requested. Lucky we had the agoda receipt showing we had already paid extra levies. It was not a pleasant encounter haggling for small amounts, esp when no extra effort was made to make our stay more pleasant. Unfortunately not many places seem any better there. But we def found different service styles on 2 diff check ins
