Well, they can only use google translate for english, which is fine. So, note that the list of all amenities are not for each room. So, for example some rooms (Single) do not have a balcony, tv, plugs near the bed, etc. Bathrobes are listed but I saw none. I attribute this to translation error. So, they need to make their amenities list room specific for each option.

Rundown, unclean and uncomfortable.

The owners were friendly and allowed me to use the breakfast room for a Zoom meeting after the WIFI didn't work sufficiently in the room upstairs.

Unfortunately, the shower handle fell off in my hand when I attempted to turn off the shower and the owner had to come in with his tool kit to turn the water off, which turned out to be quite a task. Also, the toilet was in the shower so that the toilet paper and toilet itself get wet when showering, which was quite odd. I was offered another room since the shower repair was taking awhile. Unfortunately, this room was smaller and facing the street, so it was a bit noisy. There were no plugs for my computer or telephone charging in the room itself, only in the bathroom. The blanket had heavy brown stains on it and seemed unwashed. There was dirt under and behind the bed. The mattress was saggy and offered little back support. Everything seemed in general dirty and rundown. Obviously, I would not recommend staying here.

Günstig, am Weg gelegen, ansonsten nicht so toll.

Sauberes Zimmer, leider direkt an stark befahrenen Lage. Andererseits gut am Franziskusweg gelegen. Das Bad war sehr klein und Wie das Zimmer eiskalt ohne eine Möglichkeit, zu heizen und Handwäsche zu erledigen. Da der Föhn nicht funktionierte, konnte man auch damit nichts trocknen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und erklärte, wo ich essen und in welcher Bar ich frühstücken konnte.

Le camere sono piccole,vecchie,senza aria condizionata e con un bagno stretto e soffocante.Valfabbrica e'l'ultima tappa prima di Assisi dei Pellegrini, ed e'un posto triste e noioso, dove putroppo bisogna fare permanenza ma atrimenti non ci andrebbe nessuno.Chiedere 70 Euro per una doppia a notte e spacciarlo per posto per pellegrini e'un furto.Non si dorme per il caldo, la finestra sulla strada principale, molto rumorosa.Letto scomodo. Niente terrazzo o e wellness descritto nella lista.Se non abbassano i prezzi o mettono un Ventilatore da evitare!!

Zimmer ohne Frühstück.. Die Lage ist gut, leicht zu finden, wenn auch auf der Haupt- und Durchgangsstrasse. Ab Mitternacht herrschte Ruhe.

Keine Klimaanlage, kein Ventilator. Es war heiß. Iim Bad schlechter Geruch.X
