The staff were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home. Our room was perfect, especially because we’re a couple of pilgrims walking Via di Francisco. There was a mini refrigerator with 2 cold bottles of water, air conditioning, a clothesline on the balcony, and just overall very comfortable. The meals at the associated restaurant were quite good. The location was also a big plus.

The hotel was good value for money and in the restaurant there was great camaraderie with other people on the pilgrim trail and a lovely atmosphere with fairy lights. The staff were very helpful in telling us the way from the pilgrim route when we phoned them as we were unsure and also in arranging for us to get a taxi for a good rate from Valfabbrica to Assisi when I was exhausted from the pilgrim trail as we had taken a wrong turn and done many extra miles on the route from st. Pietro in Vigneto.

The staff were wonderful, very helpful.
We had two rooms, one on the main level, one upstairs. The upstairs bedroom had no wifi at all, and no window, so it was claustrophobic. The main floor room was really nice, balcony, big bathroom.
