Welcome to your sunny oceanfront retreat! Sea Oaks 307 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps 6 with a Murphy bed in the living room. Enjoy stunning ocean views from your private balcony, easily accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom. The open concept living space is flooded with natural light, showcasing charming coastal decor, stylish furniture and durable vinyl flooring throughout. The well-equipped kitchen features newer appliances. There is dining for 6 with additional counter seating. Enjoy 3 Tv's and Wi-Fi. Located just a half mile from Garden City Pier. The Sea Oaks complex amenities include an oceanfront pool, gazebo for shaded seating and an elevator. This property is non-smoking and does NOT allow pets. Limit 2 parking passes. No trailers or golf carts allowed.
Sea Oaks is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County and just a short drive to some 57 golf courses in the Murrells Inlet area. This three-story complex offers ocean view or direct ocean front units. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy swimming in the outdoor oceanfront pool, which is open Easter/April 1 to October 31. The beach is steps away from the pool area, so pack your beach gear and have some fun in the sun, sand, and surf! For your convenience, there is an elevator at Sea Oaks. Dine in and barbeque at the outdoor grill area or go for a short drive to dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

This top floor corner unit has a great view facing the ocean and north up the beach, whether you are sitting on the balcony, or sitting in the living room. The location is perfect, about a half mile to the pier to the south, and a half mile to an ocean side resteraunt to the north. The unit was spotless when we arrived, and the beds were already made. What a great start to our vacation!
