Great location, brilliant access to walks,quiet and very clean.

Location was brilliant, short stroll to the beach and great access to Aberystwyth and New Quay.Accommodation was perfect for myself husband and our Lab.

Position of chalet on roadside with traffic passing continuously, very noisy all evenings with groups passing outside till early hours of morning. Shower room very small. No outside seating place.

Well equipped with everything you need for a short stay .

Tap in kitchen, very hard to get hot water , most of the time you couldn’t so had to boil kettle. Sofas need replacing , both have sunk it’s like sitting on the floor.

We used the chalet as a base to attend a weekend function at the university and we managed.

The chalet is quite tired and shows it. Very small inside. Couldn't get hot water in the kitchen. It's past it's best.

Cosy little chalet, well equipped and comfortable.

The weather! Not that it was your fault of course. Quite small - fine for one and would have been OK for two, but three or more would be a squeeze. It's on a very big caravan park, quiet mid-June but I imagine noisy in high season.

Lovely and clean with all sorts of goodies provided which was much appreciated. Unfortunately this unit is very small and not suitable for larger people such as my husband and I. The bathroom was a tight squeeze and it being in the bedroom could be quite smelly. The bed was very comfortable with crisp clean bedding.A cute little unit suitable for more slender people. Good television and excellent crockery and cutlery. etc

The toilet and shower virtually in the bedroom just partitioned with a thin folding door. Bathroom taps really weird plug did not work in the sink

peaceful getaway, not far from Aberystywth. everything that you needed could be found onsite.

wet close to the sea and had everything that was needed even a torch

the folding doors to the room rattled in the wind and though the chalet is dog friendly there was no mention that dogs are not allowed on the beach until 30th September even though most people ignored this as it was the end of the season.

Lovely little chalet by the sea

The location was excellent. Chalet was in a relatively sheltered spot but still very close to the beach. Beautiful sunsets. The shop had a good variety of goods and allowed my dog in which was very helpful as I was traveling alone.

Whilst the heaters worked and it was nice and cosy I felt I used them a lot (it was very cold outside). Think halogen heaters may be a good investment for the owners, cheap to run and warm up an area very quickly.

Peaceful escape from the hustle & bustle in beautiful surroundings

I was very pleasantly surprised with the accommodation, it was very clean and smelled fresh, although it was not where it showed on the map on Booking.com it was still really close to the sea and all the entertainments on site. I was there with my dog for a short break and my main priority was for walking and taking photographs, so I actually didn't use any of the facilities on site such as the swimming pool or the bar etc. so I am unable to comment on those. It was a mid week break, so the site was very quiet which I liked.. The location was perfect the beach was clean and there are plenty of nice walks in the area. I walked to Aberystwyth which was very picturesque, it was a very windy day but still enjoyable. The walk brings you on to Constitution Hill, with excellent views of Aberystwyth town. I also recommend a trip to Borth which is a 12 minuets drive or you can walk along the cliffs which takes almost 2 hrs.. I would have done the walk but my dog wouldn't have been able to walk both there and back so we went in the car. The accommodation was larger than anticipated and there was absolutely everything you need including salt and pepper, toilet rolls shampoo etc.. which I found invaluable, these are all the annoying things we have to take with us when staying in a caravan. I especially loved that there was a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, as I had forgotten mine. Overall I loved my stay there, and wish it had been longer I will definitely return.

I have no complaints, my experience was very enjoyable I did struggle with the temp of the shower but worked out that by just turning the temp back it kept it's temperature.

Bathroom not suitable for renting, dangerous, toilet not fixed, access to shower not sufficient, no grab rails, lack of space between toilet, shower and wall made it easy to trip and fall, hand basin too small to wash in with no plug, Have photos if required. Although not physically disabled, there is no mention of limited access in media. The furniture was well worn and well past its sell by date. No privacy with door open as chalet door opened right onto main road

Our chalet was nice and the site itself was kept tidy, except again for cigarette stubs everywhere it was lovely

The beach and seating area around the beach was unclean and during a covid pandemic I would have expected tables to be cleaned very often but they weren't cleaned once that we saw also the litter was everywhere around the seating area and beach. I would not recommend for that reason alone
