A lovely home in a quiet residential location. Co-op 3 mins away (though still some empty shelves from cyber attack) and local pub 10 mins walk with good food. Good bus service into Fort William.

Exceptional

This is a super cosy home in a nice distance to Ben nevis. Very warm welcome and easy key handling. A car is needed to go to the starting points of hiking paths for Ben Nevis. The Jacobite train passes in relatively close distance (for all train spotters).

Fantastic Stay with Thoughtful Touches

Had a fantastic stay at Highland Home during the Cycling World Champs weekend. Elaine was very hospitable. The house was immaculately clean, and the basket of snacks and cereals, along with orange juice and milk, was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this welcoming retreat.

It was very homely. We were pleasantly surprised to find milk and orange juice in the fridge and other items in the basket and cupboard, very thoughtful. Light and airy property.

It was perfect!

The home was very clean & comfortable. The property owner/manager lives next door & met us with the keys. She left milk & juice for us & had several other necessities (cereal, cookies, etc). Grocery store a short walk away, take out menu’s in the rental book. Would highly recommend this home!

fabulous cottage, quiet and relaxing, only a five minute walk to shops

the property was spotlessly clean, and everything you could possibly need was available, there was fresh milk in the fridge, and lots of extra condiments supplied , the owners had really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable

The host was very friendly and made sure we had all our needs. She even had some complimentary tea, coffee, milk and juice for us upon arrival. Super comfortable home with great views of Ben Nevis!

What a fabulous host Elaine and accommodation what a gel of a find. Everything you need and more. Little parcels of juice, milk etc tea waiting for you to use , fab after a long journey. Would highly recommend to anybody wanting to visit the local and surrounding area. Would definitely be back again xxx

Séjour itinérant en famille, nous avons été ravi de pouvoir nous poser dans une maison avec tout son confort et un parc de jeu pour les enfants juste à côté. Le quartier est très bien desservi par les bus. Bon point de départ pour tout découvrir.

Les rideaux ne sont pas du tout occultant mais c’est le cas dans quasiment tous les logements .

Wohlfühlwohnung

Hat alles gepasst. Wer abends mehr "Trubel" braucht, für den ist es etwas abgelegen. Für unsere Wanderungen und Unternehmungen guter Ausgangspunkt. Mit dem Bus um der Ecke schnelle Anbindung nach Fort William, ca 10 min, ansonsten gute Wanderung ca 40 min. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles aufeinander abgestimmt.

Höchstens, dass ein Zimmer keinen Kleiderschrank zum Hängen hatte, nur eine Kommode. Bei zwei Paaren vielleicht etwas ungünstig, da wir aber sowieso aus dem Koffer gelebt haben, war es uns nicht so wichtig.
