Very cute. Perfect for a few friends exploring Fort William, and love that it's pet friendly. Easy contactless check-in and good communication with the owner. Great to have parking right there. Facilities are basic but nice. All that's missing is a coffee maker. Would definitely book again!
We didn't receive a bottom sheet for the sofa bed. Luckily only 1 person sleeping in it and the duvet was big enough to use like a sleeping bag, so no problem. Easy mistake!

Perfect cozy cabin to use as a base for exploring.
We spent two nights, with our dog, and used it to explore Fort William and Glencoe. The cabin is in a nice quiet neighbourhood and was about a 25 minute walk right to the downtown centre which was easy enough. We would stay here again!

The location was brilliant,
It had everything you needed!
Really good value for money
An indoor door mat when you walk in would have been better as with how wet it can be and we had a dog and wanted to make sure there paws was all clean before enter the property.
Also the shower drainage could do with looking at as within 30 seconds it starts to fill up

Neat self-contained spot, looking right at the mountains and view of the train as it went past, easy access to Fort William, free off-street parking, quiet, dog friendly.
The floors were dirty, definitely hadn’t been vacuumed and made us wonder how clean the rest of it really was.
Lots of other little issues which we then noticed haven’t been fixed after other reviews - faulty door locking mechanism, towel rail in bathroom hanging off the wall, bathroom door handle, nowhere to put wet towels, light fixture coming loose, Wifi very weak, so TV unusable.
7.0 / 10.0
The location was perfect near Fort William and in front of the rail so you can see the Jacobite steam train. There is also a television with Netflix available and a electric hob so you can cook your own food.
Also towels available. Nice kitchen and nice bathroom
The place could have been cleaned better and especially the bed since there were a lot of small black hairs (not ours) in the (hopefully) clean bed linen and stains in the bed sheets. The carpet was not clean and stains in the couch, Also the door handle of the door to the bathroom wasn't smooth, you had to use force to push the handle down in order to open the door.
We did not contact the owner about it because it should have been clean in the first place. Not after we complain about it.
There isn't a doormat in the pod, only outside the pod. When it is rainy wheater, you step inside the pod with your dirty and wet shoes, resulting in a wet floor near the front door.
7 stars because the rest of our stay was good and the location was great. Hygiene is a big thing for us so that's the reason of 3 stars less.

Location was spot on for if you are wanting the Jacobite Steam train experience. It passes the pod several times and you are nice and close to the tracks to see/hear it all. The place itself was cosy and clean and everything was prepared for when we got there - Even had tea/coffee supplies ready on site and the essentials like towels, toilet roll etc set out which was nice surprise as it was booked as self catering. Streaming services made a nice touch for the nights in too.
Would definitely be happy to stay again.

Cute new pod home worked perfectly for us. Well outfitted mini kitchen and very clean. We liked looking at the trains that run right in front of the house (not too loud and only during the day). And host was very accommodating with an early check in.
It’s a bit of a walk from Fort William Centre although there are several large stores a 10min walk away on the main road.

Very clean and spacious pod.
Great location for the surrounding area and view of the train.
Everything you need for a short break.
A clothes rail / towel rail would have been nice.
The garden area on the side would be a great addition for kids/ dogs if it was cleaned up and fenced off.
I noted some reviews from over a year ago mentioning the same things, but nothing has been done regarding this.

It was a close drive to Ben Nevis and the mountains. So great walks during the day. Close to Fort William with bars overlooking the water with a great atmosphere.
The cabin is in a garden in a housing estate. It is directly beside a train line, with steam trains for tourists (Hogwarts Express) going up and down. You have to climb in and out of bed from the end. The seating is a sofa bed and very uncomfortable. The Wifi is very sporadic from a SIM card router. Very disappointing.

The view is amazing!
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a decent food (electric stove is there).
Close to M&S Food and Aldi stores (one needs to cross a small bridge over the railway).
Having a wasching machine would be great.
It also lacks a wardrobe/other means to store the clothes.

Beautiful location, incredible views of the mountains. Not a huge space so if you’re looking to spend a lot of time there it’s not ideal but if you’re in the area for hiking and just looking for a place to lay your head (one bed and one sofa bed) it’s ideal.

It was really spacious and comfortable, in a great location! Claire is lovely to communicate with too.
Nothing I didn’t like but if I’m being really picky, maybe there could be a sign pointing towards the entrance?

Location was close to the town & train station.
Unfortunately, the smell of fabric softener on the bed linen & towels was extremely overpowering & made it uncomfortable to breathe.

Beautifully maintained, clean, self contained and private. Well equipped kitchenette.
Slightly away from the town centre. Bed is slightly small for two.

A very clean well equipped pod with fantastic view!! Bed comfortable, good shower and all kitchen amenities required for cooking and storing food. Peaceful and short walk from shops and train station. Our two dogs had garden outside and plenty parking, will definitely return!!Claire was friendly and even allowed an early check in!!
Couldn’t get tv to work and no soft lighting

Due to the Storm and blocked roads, we didn’t make it to Fort William. BUT our host was so kind to reschedule us for the next week and the weather was perfect.
The pod is in a quiet residential area and well equipped and tidy. Bedding and lots of towels were provided.
The pod lies next to the train tracks, but you can’t really hear them.
Would definitely recommend

Well thought out design and layout to maximise the space! Such a great little nook with everything you needed for a short stay. So close to the city centre and Ben Nevis which was the main reason for our journey. Such a highlight to see the Jacobite steam train pass by as we sat on the porch in the morning! Host had great communication and felt more than welcoming. Would 100% recommend staying here.
More ventilation is my only concern. Adding a fan as an option as leaving the windows open for fresh air often brought in many insects.

Clean, cosy and compact, a short walk from Fort William town (15 minutes) and walkable to Ben Nevis (35 minutes). A couple of well equipped supermarkets within ten minutes walk or two minutes drive. Bike hire shop with friendly staff a 5 minutes walk.
Local hot food businesses have weird and rather restricted opening hours. The two very nearby food outlets (KFC and a pizza place) aren't open except Friday nights and weekends. Cooking facilities in the pod are limited (a microwave, toaster, kettle and a two-ring plugin hob) so if you're hungry after a long day in the mountains you may need to walk to Fort William.

The interior of the pod was really nicely decorated etc very clean aswell, also had a lovely complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates which was a really nice touch

could do with some storage.

Adorei a casa!

Makkelijke self check in.

Kostenloser Parkplatz, Pod+Einrichtung relativ neu,
