Staff were amazing and friendly. Secure parking was great but required staff to provide access - tight entry if you’ve a big car. Rooms was comfy & clean with nice views. Nice balcony. Short but lovely drive to Laguna de Quilatoa. Half board was handy after long drive.
Two story walk up but staff were happy to help. Morning assembly from school behind the property was a bit loud but I was already awake.

Comfortable, clean, friendly hosts, solid dinner/breakfast. Tasty lunchbox for $3. Hot shower. Communal space with fireplace and boardgames. Located in the middle of town next to a bakery/shops, and further up the road from Black Sheep & Cloud Forest so you get a headstart on them for the hike in the morning!
Small gaps in the doorframes meant cold air from outside was coming in during the night, but plenty of blankets so no big deal.

Friendly staff, quiet room
It is very cold in the rooms, and there is no form of heating whatsoever. It's a budget accommodation, but the building looks like it's only half-built. There are better options in town
