Overall, it was a decent place to stay. Breakfast early at 6:45 (requested) was great. Nice lounge area with wood stove in the common area.
Cleaning was not great in our room. The floor was slippery, I think a chemical residue from mopping, made it smell and slippery. Bathroom floor was constantly wet for some reason, damp, and slippery. We had a bit of warm water in the shower for 1 person, not both. It was difficult to figure out which nozzle would be hot. It would be nice to have them marked clearly.

Maria and her family were very kind and helpful. The room was immaculately clean and i had a heater to stay warm. breakfast was also really good. Perfect location 1 min walk away from the mirador, trail down to the lake and many restaurants, cafes etc.
Everything was 10/10.

Very big very comfortable bed. Hot water in the morning. Very close to the lake
Staff seemed confused why we were there and confused everytime we asked a question. This extends to the whole town.
Only had hot water for the shower in the morning. Strange place with not very welcoming atmosphere.
