About this house rental
You’ll love sitting on the La Perla Azul veranda & floating in your private pool overlooking the Caribbean! Located 4.5 miles south of San Pedro's town core, La Perla Azul also offers kayaks, fishing rods, games, full kitchens, & more! The house has two separate units, both for your party, allowing for privacy within a group.
La Perla Azul highlights

•Breakfast bar with four stools (no dining/kitchen table)
•2 bedrooms, each with queen bed & en suite bath

Lower Level:

[Because each level of the house is a separate unit, not connected internally, there must be someone 18 years of age or older sleeping on each level.]

La Perla Azul is located 4.5 miles south of San Pedro’s town core, which means you are away from the crowds. The closest bar/restaurant are about a mile north, with a cluster of businesses (restaurants, mini-mart, & tour operator) about two miles north, plus of course more shopping, restaurant & entertainment options on the way to & in town, which is not far away!
A trip to town is an adventure as for about 2 miles the roads are hard packed sand, but that is all part of the vacation fun!
The Belize Barrier Reef, the longest in the western hemisphere, is very close to shore making the area ideal for scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing; other water sports are also popular!
It's easy to take a day trip to the mainland to visit Maya sites such as Altun Ha and Lamanai; or to observe some of the 500 species of birds found in Belize and/or catch a glimpse of monkeys, manatees and crocodiles in the wild!
Once booked, I’ll send you a website link with further information on the condos, the condo complex, and the area. And of course I’m happy to answer any questions at all via email or phone!
In addition, we can help with island flights, golf carts, tours, etc, and help with any questions or issues that may arise.
An onsite staff person will meet you for check-in & to provide you with a key; we will need to know your island arrival plans (& would be happy to help with the logistics!) in advance in order to facilitate this.

House was amazing. Wonderful pier allowed easy access for fishing and snorkeling pick up. House was well stocked with everything needed. Check in staff was very helpful and responsive when needed.Will definitely stay here again.

My family of 5 stayed at La Perla Azul. During our mini vacation we were able to cayak, swim and enjoy the beach. You have the view of the ocean right out your windows. The house was very well kept and prepared nicely prior to our arrival. We found the Manager Coleen to be very hospitable and a sweet lady as she was always checking on us to make sure we had all needs.
From the house we were able to order food, and town was not too far away when driving a golf cart. I would certainly stay here again. Me and my family woke up to the beach front everyday. And I add that the beds were way too comfortable that we slept in easily. I recomend Ka Perla Azul to anyone who want a beach front house that's well designed and fresh!
