The layout includes a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a versatile room with 2 twin beds that can convert to a king. Your perfect island getaway awaits!
Nestled just 2 miles south of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye, this stunning 12-unit condo resort offers breathtaking views of the world’s second-largest barrier reef, only 1/2 mile offshore. Unwind on the beach or the dock, perfect for sunrise, sunset, and wildlife watching. Swimming is a delight right off the dock, and tour operators can pick you up directly from here.
Cool off in the lovely pool while taking in the gorgeous views of the beach and reef, with ample seating available on the pier. Each beautifully appointed condo is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining on your private veranda. Plus, the South Ambergris Neighborhood Watch ensures extra security in this safe and welcoming area.
Ideal for weddings, family reunions, and friend getaways, we offer a range of services, including tours, grocery provisioning, local cooking, babysitting, private chefs, massages, daily cleaning upon request, and travel arrangements to and from the island.

Our resort features one, two, and three-bedroom condos, perfect for singles, couples, families, and friends. Planning a big group gathering? Ask about booking multiple condos! All accommodations include full kitchens, Wi-Fi, phone service, central air, ceiling fans, cable TV, and tiled floors throughout.
This condo will be exclusive for your group. Mingle with other guests at the outdoor kitchen while grilling your meals or relax and unwind in the jet pool. Games, kayaks, bikes, hammocks, and floats are just some of the amenities available to keep yourself entertained.
Streetside golf cart parking is available for all guests
We offer concierge services to assist you with golf cart rental, tours, private chef services as well as grocery provisioning to make your trip effortless.
There is a small store one block from the property, Marins Mini Mart, to get basic items you might need. There are many restaurants to choose from: Someplace South Cafe Bar, Black Orchid Restaurant, Happy's Tequileria, Drink and Drive, The Hula Bar, and Toast and Playa De Sala Adults Only restaurant.
We can arrange a private chef to come to your condo and prepare a special meal for your group.

We had an amazing stay. The room was clean and well stocked. The view was amazing. The property was south of San Pedro so it was quiet but a short ride on the golf cart to get to town.
Jason was extremely helpful during our stay.
And the couple of snorkeling trips we went on the boat picked us up at the dock.
If we get the chance to return to Belize we would definitely stay here again.
