The villa is immersed in the peaceful Sicilian Countryside, surrounded by beautiful panoramas (including a Sea View and a view on the Park of Madonies) and at less than 10 minutes drive from the Sea!
The best place to enjoy a Relaxing holiday by being at the same time close to the amenities (town center with supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, at 5 minutes drive) and to renomated towns such as Cefalù and Palermo.
The property has been recently renovated keeping its original Sicilian charme and style but adding all comforts such as a beautiful swimming pool with view, a well maintained garden where to spend your afternoon relaxing or just admiring the views, Wi-Fi, Sat TV, new furniture and a cool terrace with Sea view!
The villa offers 3 bedrooms of which one ensuite (with own bathroom), one double and one quadruple (with a mezzanine). A mezzanine in the living room is available on request (2 additional sleeping places).
Each bedroom opens also to the outside area offering beautiful views directly from the beds.

We will refund 70% of the advance payments, plus you keep 100% of the final payment due on arrival
• 100% CREDIT
You will get a credit of 100% of the paid amounts at the time of cancellation which you can use to reschedule your reservation at any time, up to one year from the original dates, PLUS :
• The credit can be transferred to a friend or relative in case you are unable to use it
• Price is locked, in case the rates increase before you confirm the new dates
• You can exchange the credit with a refund up to 70%* should you change your mind or be forced to cancel again

The Emergency Cancellation Policy set above will be applied only if emergency travel restrictions are officially in place in either your Country or in Sicily and it’s valid up to 30 days before the arrival date (extendable by paying an extra, please contact us for more info), after that we may still consider a partial refund/credit, to be determined case by case. The policy may be exceptionally applied also for flight cancelled by the carrier due to sanitary emergency, subject to our approval (evidences will be required). We (ages 62, 39, 38 and 10) spent our summer holiday in Sicily staying the villa for three weeks, taking short overnight stays in Agrigento, Taormina and Trapani (made necessary only to avoid driving back and forth on the same day).
We found the villa to be exactly as advertised - plenty of space in living-, bed- and bathrooms as well as outside. The décor is not new and flashy - to our liking, the villa is tastefully and comfortably decorated throughout and we did not lack anything.
The villa is located in absolute privacy (no close neighbours and no outsiders able to view in on the property) in an olive orchard on a hillside with views to both the Madonie-mountains to the south and to the ocean on the north. The location ensures a light breeze which ensures reasonable temperatures, even during the hot Sicilian summer.
Only downside to the location is the rather steep (and long) driveway - we certainly were glad that we rented a 4x4 and would recommend that others do the same.
Communication with rental agency and owner both before and during our stay was seamless and easy. The villa was handed to us by the owner who had prepared it beautifully for us - a delight after a long journey indeed. During the stay, we had good assistance from the caretaker of the property (the water tank is to be monitored, as one should expect in a country house in Sicily, and the caretaker handles the olive orchard as well as pool maintenance) and really, we felt well taken care of.
In other words; for those who are looking for a beautiful spot in perfect privacy in Sicily, we are more than happy to recommend this villa. We would certainly be happy to stay again.

Die Anfahrt war etwas steil, das sollte man vielleicht vorher wissen, damit man das richtige Auto mieten kann. Aber nach dem 2,3 mal hat auch das super funktioniert. Das gesamte Haus ist mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Marina, die Besitzerin des Hauses hat alles dafür getan das wir unseren Urlaub voll genießen können. Der Tisch war gedeckt und sie hat uns herzlich empfangen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist traumhaft, und man kann sehr toll relaxen. Der Hausstand hat alles was nötig ist. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Ich kann diese Wohnung nicht nur vollen Herzens weiterempfehlen, sondern komme auf jedenfall wieder. Vielen Dank Marina für dein tolles Zuhause
