Casa Margaret

Casa Rosita at Casa Margaret was a lovely home for a 1.5 week stay in February! The home is nestled in the hills overlooking Campofelice di Rocella with easy access by car to either Campofelice or Collesano. Margaret and Nino were both very lovely and communicative for all our needs. The home was well equipped, with a cosy living area inside, a smaller but more than sufficient kitchen, and a washing machine. The outside areas were gorgeous with views of the water and mountains enjoyed even in the winter. While there is no direct access to walkable areas, great trails and city walks are only a short drive away. Road noise is mitigated by the beautiful olive trees and does not detract from spending time outside! This was also a great base for day trips to most of Sicily's must-sees and set up well for remote work. We had a great time at Casa Rosita and would definitely come back. Das Haus liegt an einem Hang mit tollem Blick über die Berge und auch zum Meer. Leider ist es ein Nordhang, so dass man abends keine Sonne hat. Vielleicht ist das im Sommer ein Vorteil. Auf dem sehr weitläufigen Grundstück wohnt auch die Eigentümerin, aber das Haus liegt alleine in der Landschaft, so dass man vor Ort ungestört ist. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Pool unterhalb des Hauses. Das Haus ist geräumig und lässt sich über Klimaanlagen gut heizen.

Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Kamin kann nicht benutzt werden.

Tutto, una casa davvero spaziosa, accogliente e godibile sotto tutti i punti di vista. Con piscina, piccola spa, tre camere da letto e quattro bagni. Proprietà e gestore sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi evenienza: persone squisite.
