This is a beautifully landscaped and well-maintained 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with a first floor, attached 1 bedroom, 1 bath in-law apartment less than a half mile from the Cape Cod Bay.
The first floor offers a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, den/bedroom with daybed and trundle (two twin beds), a second bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a full bathroom with tub.
The second floor has another full bathroom with tub, and two large bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds.
The first floor in-law apartment can be accessed through the dining room and offers an open kitchen with dining area, living room with sleep-sofa, full bathroom with shower, and a separate bedroom with full bed.
There is a wonderful, finished lower level with living area and an electric piano for the musically inclined.
Enjoy the back yard and patio which is spacious enough for big BBQ's and plenty of outdoor activities. And everyone will enjoy the phenomenal and well-constructed enclosed outdoor shower.
The garage is available for storing tenant's bikes and kayaks.
This home is nicely located just .4 mile from the private association beach stairs to the Cape Cod Bay, .6 mile from Thumpertown Beach, .9 mile from Campground Beach (no stairs), or, under 4 miles to the ocean beaches; Nauset Light Beach or Coast Guard Beach. Orleans center is under 6 miles and the Wellfleet Drive-in, Cinemas and Flea Market is under 3 miles away.

The property is awesome. It's a 10 minute walk to an amazing beach. The backyard is incredible with some great furniture and an awesome lawn. The house also comes with a lot of amenities such as beach chairs, umbrellas, towels. I would highly recommend staying here!
The one downside was we still have yet to get our security deposit back. We spent a lot of time clean and restoring the property back to the condition we found upon arrival (which wasn't 100% even). I have sent 3 emails and not gotten a response.
