Enjoy everything Cape Cod has to offer at this stunning, newly-renovated 4 bedroom, 4 bath farmhouse on an acre of property nestled in a coveted Eastham location near Great Pond (deeded access), First Encounter Beach (1 mile away), Wiley Park Trails (0.2 miles), and the Cape Cod Rail Trail (0.4 miles). Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and AC making this home a wonderful getaway for multiple families/couples. There is a bedroom with a queen bed on the first floor. The main bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king bed. The other two bedrooms on the second floor have queen beds and one also includes a twin bed. There is also a basement with separate access to the backyard, a kitchenette and a fold-out couch.
The open concept kitchen boasts a large butcher block island great for cooking and entertaining and a marble kitchen table that can seat 8. There is a new bbq propane grill on the spacious back deck. Eat indoors or on the deck and enjoy the sounds of nature in this secluded, wooded property. The shaded front patio is a great place to relax with your morning coffee or afternoon drink. The backyard features an outdoor shower and a fire pit.
This home has everything you need for entertaining at home or at the nearby beach. Four bikes/locks/helmets are provided to explore the Cape Cod Rail Trail, as well as all the beach necessities (beach towels, chairs, coolers and umbrellas). If you are traveling with kids, the home has games and is safe and easy walking distance to Wiley Park Pond beach and playground. The Superette grocery and wine store are just down the road for any last-minute needs.

This property was absolutely wonderful. The location could not have been better. We had three families here on a weeklong stay. The house is laid out in such a way that everyone had their privacy. We also had many meals here and the kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. We had three small children, ages 1-1/2 to 4-1/2 years old. There were toys for them to play with and book to read to. There were even sand toys for the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Adam was our host and was super. If we had any questions he would get back to us immediately. What a terrific experience.

We have been coming to the Cape for years and this was, by far, our favorite place to stay to date. The location is unbeatable- you are a walk away from the most amazing bayside beach: First Encounter tides go out so far and the sunset is other worldly! The rail trail being around the corner gives you bike/foot access to tons of restaurants and beaches and activities. The Eastham Library has the best kid section I’ve ever seen. There is a little grocery that stays open until 10:30pm. And this is just the highlights of what is in close proximity! You have tons of walking trails, the most beautiful Coast Guard Beach and visitor center. I could go on. BUT…the house! The house is perfect.
It is so beautifully decorated and stocked. The hosts equipped the house with quality items- not what you typically find in rentals. The house has two staircases which is great for privacy and access to rooms- especially for a large family. And the hosts renovated the basement beautifully to have a lovely and useable space with a full bathroom and bed.
I would give the house, the hosts, and the location 20+ stars if I could. It was truly a perfect stay. They were helpful and quick to respond.
This is such a gem of a property. We have stayed at many rentals over the years- not just on the Cape- and I’d go so far as to say that this has been the best experience we have had overall! We cannot wait to return.

Adam and Kat were wonderful hosts. Their house is beautiful, spotless and well equipped. Don't hesitate if considering a stay at their property.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this beautiful house. A family gathering of 8 adults with a small dog. The 5 BR/5bath house is very well designed for a group and tastefully decorated. Easy check in and the owner was super responsive to questions before and after we arrived. The kitchen is so well stocked with cooking equipment (even sharp knives which I never find in a rental), spices, coffee and condiments and even dog treats (a nice touch). We had several family meals and enjoyed nearby beaches and restaurants. Highly recommended. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home.
