Good location, quiet, well equipped.

Good location, quiet, on the seafront. Well equipped.

I’m quite short, so some of the high cupboards were a challenge! Maybe a stepper stool would help? Also some instructions for the oven, which I had to Google in order to use!

Wonderful base to explore, relax, visit bars and restaurants and take in the sea front location.

Great location for walking to the sea front and centre for bars and restaurants. Airy, bright and spacious with everything you might need in terms of equipment, cleaning products and basic refreshment supplies. Shower is excellent and mirrors and power sources align (rare in some properties but makes getting ready to go out much easier)! I’m familiar with Saltburn and was attempting a hybrid leisure and visiting nearby family weekend. Would recommend as a relaxing and calm retreat or a better-than-hotel option as a base to explore neighbouring coastal villages, countryside and Saltburn itself.

Don’t be put off by the shared hallway, which is simply functional. There was nothing to dislike about the property. Clean, well-appointed, modern appliances and quiet-but-close location.

Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, nice size bathroom and all clean. Lovely sea view from living room sat having a morning cuppa. Very responsive host with clear check in instructions.

Great location, nice clean apartment with everything you could need (although instructions for the oven / grill would have been nice)

Settee although very nice was a little uncomfortable and would have benefitted from some scatter cushions (we used the ones off the bed which made it a more comfy)

Lovely stay.

Very cosy and modern. The bedroom was massive and the bed was comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a lovely sea view from both the bedroom and lounge window. 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk into town. Good WiFi and smart tv.

Lot of stairs up to apartment entrance. Would have been nice to have some milk provided in fridge. In an ideal world also a coffee machine. Building work to flat below made entrance way and stairs a bit scruffy. ( but builders themselves were extremely courteous and pleasant ).

Beautiful, cosy apartment overlooking sea!

Beautiful, cosy apartment with views of the sea from the lounge and bedroom windows. 30 seconds walk from the promenade overlooking the beach. Also very close to Saltburn's excellent restaurants. Easy parking. Easy booking, keysafe to get in. Excellent power shower and instant hot water. Kitchen very well equipped. We loved it!

netflix did not work wifi was rubbish whilst the apartment was good the shared areas getting from the front door to the apartment were very "tired" and not in keeping with standard of the apartment

Lovely little stay by the sea

Really well equipped property, nicely decorated, easy to access & good location. We didn’t want for anything and cooked our meals there happily. Dish soap & cloths were provided which was helpful.

Only slight niggle was the bed wasn’t very comfy but I guess that’s a personal thing! It’s a double but my partner is very tall so couldn’t get comfy.

Lovely mini break away

Beautiful decor, finished to a high standard. Quiet location, spacious apartment. Lots of free parking.

Would have benefited from a king size bed as the bedroom is very large. Seats were a little high for us at the breakfast bar, but that’s just our preference.

Spotlessly clean and fully equipped for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Great location and the side sea view was a lovely surprise.

We don’t have any criticism of the property itself. We would definitely go again and recommend to family and friends. The only slight criticism is that the communal entrance area was a little run down.

Saltburn had a beautiful beach, a town with independent shops, was very clean and quiet. The buses are easy to navigate

everything about this apartment was excellent. The fixtures and fittings together with the furniture and upholstery were all top quality. It was very well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Fortunately we were able to manage the stairs but these may possibly be problematic for some so feel this should be highlighted more.
