Host & Stay - The Artists Pad

We loved the decor. Beds were very comfy. Pac-man was a real laugh! The location was perfect for everything Saltburn has to offer. The train station is close. Parking is easy. Saltburn is great.

The lack of places to put clothes and hang coats to dry. The kitchen only had 1 saucepan but the lighting was so atmospheric in there it wouldn't have been bright enough to cook in anyway!

Location. Art work. Quiet

Only 1 pan & no lid! Only 1 teaspoon. No oven mit. Dirty landing. Mop & bucket left in kitchen . Shower needs new seal.

Fantastic unusual place to stay Took a week to look at all the art installations Very comfortable place to stay, and very central to shops.bars and restaurants and beach Would highly recommend

It has been said by previous guests that the Noise from the trains was disturbing I found that it was just background noise after a while Didn’t bother us at all

Good location right in the centre. Cert easy parking. Saltburn is lovely, gorgeous places to eat. The train noise didn't bother us but we're from a busy city so maybe used to noise?

Flat was interesting but there were a few issues. The microwave set fire and we told the management company immediately. When I remind them once we'd checked out to remove it before the whole pace burns down the response I got was bizarre, almost like it was the first time I'd told them "sorry for the inconvenience, please don't use it" etc...of course I wasn't going to use it and we'd already checked out! Front door lock is almost impossible to open. Needs some attention. Whole place needs a good clean. Random things like bot having a frying pan weren't massive issues but all together just felt it wasn't the best for self catering.
