Location good. Can walk to Yamba Beach but over a km. Closer to alternate beach which was lovely, unpatrolled. If we'd stayed longer, could have accessed the resort facilities
No dishwasher, no air conditioning and it was very hot and humid.

Lovely spacious holiday home with a pool in the next door complex, 10 mins walk to town and 3 mins to the beach
It was a bit stuffy with no aircon on the day the temp went over 30. Plus no dishwasher

Location was great, minutes to town, pippi's dog beach and the other beaches in Yamba plus access to the pool and tennis courts was a nice bonus. Enough kitchen utensils etc so could cook whatever we needed and appreciated having dish washing and clothes washing detergent supplied. Nice big secured back yard was great for the dogs.
The house itself is a little outdated. No a/c would have been fine but there was poor airflow through the house which made for some uncomfortable nights during the summer heat. No wifi also would have been fine but the house is in a poor reception area. Not sure why a beach house is carpeted either but they manage to keep it clean which is appreciated. Not the best value for money although you are paying for the location and we spent most of our time on the beach so it was fine for a place to drop in/sleep.

The location was excellent being in walking distance from the beach and the shops. The house was neat and tidy and very clean and well equipped although there was no dishwasher in the kitchen.
It was a very hot weekend and the house has no air conditioning which made our stay uncomfortable in the evenings and at night. The fans did not do the job. There was also no Wifi.
