Location as fabulous being able to walk to everything Yamba has to offer. Fully stocked house that had everything we needed including great spaces for our pooch.
Previous guests did not put the wheelie bin out for pickup and had left prawns so that was a terrible stench. This bin not getting collected now for another fortnight!
We suggested perhaps a coffee machine (pod) would be a nice addition.

It was the cleanest place we've ever stayed at. All appliances worked properly and were modern and not old. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the outside space for entertaining and closed in area for our fur baby. Walking distance to all beach types and restaurants .
The access to the driveway wasn't good, as we hit the bottom of our car. So it had to be parked a street away. Oh Yamba's steep hills are a challenge but good for your health!

Good location, backyard was good for our dog and kids.
It was expensive for what you got and we stay in pet friendly air bnb’s all the time. Also very very basic amenities. Barely anything in the kitchen, not even body wash or shampoo or conditioner in the showers.
