The location of the property was great. Close enough to the town and shops for convenience. With the house having its own platoon it made our stay so much easier and we loved the fact that it was close to the ocean for fishing. House was so spacious and beds were so comfortable. Loved that there was also many appliances to use in the kitchen it made cooking easy.
The platoon even though was great to have it could do with an upgrade. The driveway to the water could do with a bit of work around the water area. It was also a bit of a tight squeeze getting the boat to the water as the driveway is narrow. Oven and hot plates could also be upgraded as they didn't work very well.
What we really disliked about our stay was the fact someone came into our property and put the bin away while we were there. Took away our feeling for privacy as they entered the backyard.

Great property, great location and very spacious for families. However is this were my own and I add this property management looking after it I would be most unhappy.
Staff were rude upon arrival. Maps took me to the back of the building. I called reception and asked if I could be handed the keys as I had the boat on the back. Lady was rude and told me she couldn’t let me in and I had to go around to the front, meanwhile I had nothing to sign I had done pre check in and were simply just picking up keys. I also messaged and emailed to ask for a late check out. No reply whatsoever. Very poorly managed . Again disappointing for the property owners as i simply would not go through this management again.

Location and pontoon was fantastic. Large bedrooms with super comfy beds. Great cooling options. Open space. Just very relaxing. Everything you need on a holiday!

Be mindful of staying n a canal frontage home in flood times. The water certainly came very close to entering theproperty. We departed a night earlier to higher town. The area itself becomes isolated from town with local roads closed to due poor drainage. The house was not well cleaned. The kitchen table (bench) was filthy dirty with brown dirt coming off onto the paper towel. Other aspects were also unclean.
