Welcome to this lovely 40 m² flat, located on the 2nd floor (no lift).
Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links and more, making it the ideal base from which to explore the city.
The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that seats up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), utensils and crockery.
The accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The beds (double – 140 x 190 cm) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available to help you settle in comfortably.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a large mirror.
You’ll also find a washer-dryer for added convenience.
The property has Wi-Fi and is fitted with a smoke detector for your safety.
The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.
Please note that this property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Close to the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars. Grenelle is a perfect place to be, as it offers residents the best views of the monument at all times. But it's not just the tower itself, as Rue de Grenelle is lined with traditional Parisian stores, high-end boutiques, and restaurants. Tons of food lovers travel the world to visit the area and savor the wares of local merchants who serve various types of local and foreign cuisine. So watch out for the long lines because you'll know they are a favorite of the locals.
It's easy to get around Paris on foot by metro. The closest station to my house is La Motte-Picquet Grenelle, which is 55 meters away, or a few minutes walk and is connected to lines 6, 8, and 10.
However, bicycles, cabs, and private rental cars are available for your convenience if you need to get somewhere in Paris quickly.
Note: This is a self-check-in property, you will have to go to a store located 6 minutes away by foot from the apartment to pick the key up. More information on how this will work out will be provided before your stay.
If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at a minimum.

10 mins from Eiffel Tower. Lots of restaurants in vicinity. Taxi rank across the road. 2 metro stations close by.

Place is as shown in the photos, very neat and close to metro to travel around. There were lot of utensils to use, so we enjoyed some cooking.
Bathroom is very narrow with little gap between the sink and wall to get to the shower. So people with waist over 40 inch should really avoid this property.
Checking out did not go well as the address sent in email to return key did not accept key saying they are full(?) and gave another address that is 2km away from the first place, wasting over 30 minutes to return key and caused us to run at the airport due to this. If they have communicated this first, I could have planned and checked out early. This is why 4 stars.
