The Space:
Welcome to this stylish 57 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Avenue de Suffren in the heart of the 15th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The flat has a full bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub; the toilet is in a separate water closet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has central heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
The 15th arrondissement is a large, calm, and genuinely residential neighbourhood on the Left Bank. It’s the most populous arrondissement in Paris but retains an unhurried, village-like feel. The Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars are easily reachable on foot, as is the Seine. The neighbourhood is well served by metro, with excellent local markets, neighbourhood restaurants, and parks — making it ideal for those who want a quieter base while staying within easy reach of all the major sights.

Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

The most wonderful thing to go to sleep and wake up to the beautiful Eiffel Tower! Place was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Good location, fast responses from host. We had the best stay. Would want to stay here again!

The apartment itself matched the listing and the location was great, but the overall experience was disappointing due to several issues.
The check-in process was complicated. We were required to go to a local laundromat to retrieve the key from an electronic lockbox, which is inconvenient under any circumstances and would be especially problematic if a flight is delayed, since arrivals after 9pm incur an additional fee. Once inside the building, directions to the unit were unclear.
Upon arrival, the apartment was not properly prepared for our stay. The sofa bed was not made despite our reservation being for two adults and two children, which was frustrating after more than 20 hours of travel. Basic supplies were also inadequate for a six-day stay. There was only half a roll of toilet paper, no garbage bags provided, and no dish towel. Additionally, the sofa bed is in the main living area and there were no curtains or shades on the kitchen window, making the space very bright at night.
The biggest issue was the handling of the large deposit. We were told it would be returned within 14 days, but by day 18 it had still not been refunded. Only after reaching out a third time was the deposit finally processed. This lack of follow thru and need for repeated prompting is unacceptable and suggests the process is not handled reliably.
While the unit itself was as described, the poor check-in experience, lack of basic amenities, and issues with the deposit detracted from our stay
