The Space:
Welcome to this stylish 57 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Avenue de Suffren in the heart of the 15th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The flat has a full bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub; the toilet is in a separate water closet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has central heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
The 15th arrondissement is a large, calm, and genuinely residential neighbourhood on the Left Bank. It’s the most populous arrondissement in Paris but retains an unhurried, village-like feel. The Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars are easily reachable on foot, as is the Seine. The neighbourhood is well served by metro, with excellent local markets, neighbourhood restaurants, and parks — making it ideal for those who want a quieter base while staying within easy reach of all the major sights.

Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

The property is quite beautiful especially the view of the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood, building and room were both lovely as well. Our disappointment was that the description said pool which was one of the main reasons for booking this. There is no access to the pool, particularly disappointing because of the record heat. It should probably be removed from the amenities.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely perfec. A 10/10 experience! It exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos. The space was incredibly clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a spacious shared living area and kitchen that made it feel like home.The view? Absolutely breathtaking! We found ourselves constantly admiring it. Having access to a washing machine was such a helpful bonus during our trip, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal—just a short walk to the metro and the Eiffel Tower, with fantastic restaurants right around the corner.I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re visiting Paris and want the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and charm, this is the spot!

We had the most amazing stay at this apartment, and honestly, it exceeded all of our expectations. What really stood out to us was how convenient everything was. The location is ideal—super close to cafes, shops, and even a supermarket right around the corner. There’s also a bakery across the street that we visited every morning for fresh croissants (a perfect start to the day!). We loved that we could walk to major attractions, the Seine, but at the same time, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful—just the right balance. Just steps from Champ de Mars, we woke up every morning with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower—right from our bedroom window. It felt like something out of a dream, and we couldn’t get enough of it. Watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night from our window was absolutely magical. The apartment itself was perfect for us—cozy, clean, and well-maintained. It’s in a charming building with friendly neighbors, and it was just the right size for a couple. The decor is simple and stylish, and everything was exactly like the photos. It felt like a true home away from home, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time in Paris. The host was wonderful and made everything so easy for us. They were incredibly responsive, answering all our questions and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
