Never going to repeat the experience again

The view was fantastic…

The people on the building starting with the manager was super rude and mean to us, the next day we stayed there they put some papers on the elevator and the wall saying that short term rentals were not possible making us fell super uncomfortable watching us everywhere we go on the building like we are doing something wrong… also there was the 600 stairs to get somewhere when was super hot and we couldn’t even breath properly. The taxi/Uber/bolt take forever to arrive because it’s far when they accept because sometimes they just cancel on you. The bed was uncomfortable made me had a bad backache and need a massage tissue when I left there.

Great place, not 400m from Monaco centre.

Property was clean and perfectly adequate. Host was great.

400m from Monaco is a bit of a miss conception on location. It's extremely hard to get a taxi, buses are good during day hours. Otherwise it's a tough walk to Casino Square or the marina. Takes about 45min with 550m stair climb.

A good home base for a quick trip to Monaco.

The studio is conveniently situated in Beausoleil, just outside of Monaco. Beaches, shops, and other attractions of Monte-Carlo and Monaco-Ville are within walking distance. Since I travelled by car, I appreciated the private parking spot, but I was even more grateful for the flexibility of the owner (or, rather, her employee Olga, who brought me the key) as I arrived with a 3 hour delay. I stayed only 2 nights, so I didn't use most of the appliances, but as far as I could see, the studio is well equipped also for longer stays.

The private underground parking is convenient, but the parking space is really narrow. It took me half an hour to get the car in unscathed, and getting myself out of the car wasn't an easy feat, either. The large apartment complex in which the studio is located has a sterile and unwelcoming feel to it – I guess that's Monaco, but it was a harsh contrast against the lovely B&Bs I've stayed in before and after my stint in Beausoleil.

Overall a good stay. This place needs a vacuum cleaner + ironing board.

Location is great but there is around 600 stairs before the apartment which you need to climb every time. If you have a car with you this is not a problem.

There was no vacuum cleaner. Host needs to get it asap.

Es war ein kurzer, aber toller Aufenthalt für das, dass wir das Appartement brauchten.

Sehr schöne Aussicht und ein toller Pool mit sensationeller Aussicht. Das Bett war gemütlich und das Zimmer ist modern renoviert.

Ein paar Dinge der Ausstattung waren leider defekt.

La vue est magnifique . Située a 8 minutes en voitures du parking salines de monaco. Emplacement parking pour la voiture dans parking sécurisé. Résidence magnifique. Hote très sympathique

Les crapauds qui coassent très très bruyamment toute la soirée et la nuit (même volets fermés vous n entendez pas la tv) . Les baies vitrees qui ne ferment pas correctement. Les poussières n étaient pas faites depuis un moment. Aucune possibilité d arriver avant 15h. Du coup comme on venait pour le grand prix de monaco alors qu on était là a 11h on a eu l appartement après le grand prix a 19h30. La piscine ferme a 19h donc aucun accès piscine pour nous. Le mobilier et electromenagers un peu en mauvais état ( cafetière etc) pas trop en adéquation avec le prix de la chambre.

L’emplacement à proximité du Tenao .

Logement qui ne tient pas ses promesses. Le prix excessif par rapport aux prestations proposées. Le sentiment de se faire arnaqué et l’absence de communication avec le propriétaire des lieux. Une réclamation a été formulée auprès de Booking Service Client . Aucune réaction du propriétaire ?

Było w porządku :)

Nie jest to ekskluzywny apartament co zresztą widać po zdjęciach. Na pewno trzeba się przygotować na dużą ilość schodów, myślę że ok. 700-800 od Monte Carlo :) Było czysto, super kontakt z hostami. Dwa minusy: 1. bardzo gorąco w środku, słońce intensywnie świeci, a klima nie działa jakoś super, 2. brak rolet, zasłon - nad ranem nie da się spać
