Condo is very conveniently located. Short walk to the beach and pool. Unit it self was clean and well appointed. As someone else already mentioned, the mattress needs to be updated (not much support at all). But overall was a great place to stay.

Location was fantastic, as was the condo. Very comfortable space and had everything we needed. We are thinking of staying there again in the early spring. Highly recommend!

Our initial experience walking in the door was a blast of intense bleach smell. Additionally, while we understand the AC was set to eco mode, it was 80 degrees - much too hot and took a long time to cool down comfortably. We were also surprised to find the floors absolutely filthy… we had to try to keep our 18 month old off the floors as much as possible - not an easy task. Our feet were black after walking around barefoot inside for only a short time. Not very inviting! The cookware was in poor condition and many of the dishes in the cabinet/drawers still had food on them. Gross! Cabinet doors/drawers/knobs were greasy and also had smeared food on them. The towels provided were dingy and had brown dirt marks. The sheets were a dingy, yellowed and stained. Sand covered absolutely EVERYTHING in the unit. While we understand fully that this is a beach condo, the condition was absolutely unacceptable. There wasn’t even cleaning supplies available for us to use to help clean up some of the mess!
On the bright side… The complex itself seemed pretty nice, wonderful neighborhood/area, close beach access which was a major plus, and the pool was nice. It’s a shame that the unit was such a disappointment because we had a fantastic family vacation aside from our actual condo. The unit really needs some attention in order to live up to its potential!
