We're a family of 4 and had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Communication with the host was prompt and easy from the start. The apartment was and the air conditioning was top notch in each of the bedrooms and the main living area (very important with the high heat in August!). The best parts were the unbeatable location (a stone's throw from Piazza Duomo) and the large, private rooftop terrace. The view is quite literally jaw-dropping. Etna was active during our stay and we could see the red lava shooting into the sky at night. Absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend this place.

The floor we were on was not wheelchair accessible but if you can walk a flight of stairs it's a great and safe place!

Location good .
We had to wait one hour for the host to provide keys,not good after a long journey
There needs to be prints or photos on the walls .
Also , plants .
It looks rather depressing & barren
