Kingsview Apartment

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Kingsview-Appartement. Die Wohnräume und beide Badezimmer sind groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles befindet sich in einem guten Zustand und war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und alles was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Heizung und Internet funktionieren einwandfrei. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Die Innenstadt und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen und auch bis zu Ausflugszielen wie Glasgow oder Edinburgh ist es mit dem Zug (ca. 30 bzw. 40 Minuten) oder dem Auto nicht weit. Gegenüber befindet sich ein großer Park in dem man sehr schön spazieren kann und von wo aus man einen schönen Blick auf das Schloss hat. Sehr angenehm und zuverlässig war auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur.

Nagyon otthonos volt.

Convenient for Stirling. One one level ( only some small steps to property). Bright airy rooms and small outdoor area.

Location is excellent. Heating is fantastic and there is an abundance of hot water. The property has all of the dishes and amenities etc you need for a long stay.

When it rained, the rainwater ran down the inside of the main door. This caused the door to swell which made it difficult to close and lock. The outside lights didn’t work which is incredibly dangerous in a dark Scottish winter. The beds need replacing as both the mattresses and bases are worn. There is an overwhelming smell of damp in the second bathroom. The towels were like sandpaper - felt like a microdermabrasion everyday. We spoke to the owner about the rain, the damp smell and the lights and he didn’t seem to be too concerned. I’m still waiting for the lettings agent to get back to me as well.
