3 bedroom, 3 bathroom with Scenic Panoramic Ocean Views. Beach Service and lounge chairs are included with the rental of this condo.
This condo is located directly on the beach, on the 12th floor. Windows are on three sides of the Condo, so that every room has an outside view and the dining room has an unobstructed sunset view. The entire family will have plenty of room to spread out in comfort in our 3-bed, 3-bath unit. This tile and wood floor throughout Gulf-front condo provides the perfect home for exploring the sugar-sand beaches just outside your door as well as the amazing variety of attractions that surround AQUA Resorts; including walking distance to Pier Park.
The master suite features a luxurious king-size bed and private bath thoughtfully outfitted with amenities you’ll appreciate. Comfortable queen-size bed, dressers and furniture complete the second bedroom, a set of twin beds in 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa that folds out into a queen bed.
The open and spacious kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to create a gourmet meal. The built-in breakfast bar and large dining area can accommodate your entire crew for a sit-down meal and also provide wonderful views for your dining enjoyment.
Your private balcony is furnished with a sun-lounger, table and chairs and provides a panoramic setting for morning coffee, mid-day lounging or celebrating our famous sunsets over the Gulf. We enjoyed our stay in 1209. The view was perfect. The size of the condo was perfect. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We arrived early and requested to go in at 2:15-2:30 was told yes but the cleaner was still in the unit until 4pm. Which was fine that was the original check in time. However, when we did go into the unit the floors were in bad need of sweeping/mopping, the kitchen counter/stove had bread crumbs/food on them, the dehumidifier was full of water and needed emptying, both guest bathrooms had a few loose hairs in them. I ran the vacuum, cleaned the counters and wiped down the showers. No big deal but felt bad for the owner. He’s cleaners are not doing a good job. My only real complaint about the unit is the lack of linens. There was only 1 towel per person that would not be an issue if there was a full size washer to wash them. It took 2 loads to wash the towels . We could not find the linens for the sleeper sofa. I know this sounds like a bad review but it’s not. We would definitely stay here again! The location is spot on! The beach chairs came with the unit! We really enjoyed this trip just a few housekeeping issues. Stay here! You will love it!

Great location. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and Pier Park. Made an excursion reservation thru the condo and got 20% off. Only thing, gym was under renovation.

The property was very nice but the unit that we stayed in left a lot to be desired related to cleanliness. Baseboards and louvered doors were filthy. Fans in Master BR and LR where noisy and wobbling. Response from Property Manager was great as they sent a cleaning crew out right away. The issues that we faced were the same that were in several past reviews. Seems like owners really do not care about reviews and try to correct issues.
