Pretty nice place. The water was not more than luke warm the whole time we were there for showers. The pictures that were shown to me of what the condo would look like showed that our condo was walk out on the beach. We were across the road and barely in view of the beach. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

The condo was very clean. It almost appeared that no one else had ever stayed in the condo before.
The location was great, you are within walking distance of pier park that has all the good eateries and shops and a short drive to Walmart and target if needed.
The condo is located on the second floor, on a corner. We could see directly to the pool and the beach, with a slightly obstructed view.
My only complaint is the construction next door. It woke us up pretty early each day but that just encouraged us to start our day.
Overall tons of space, very clean, convenient and I would definitely stay again.
