-Bookings are only accepted from guests age 25 or older. The booking guest must arrive at check-in and stay for the duration of the reservation.
-For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated.
-Initial essentials are provided as a convenience, and guests are encouraged to shop for personal preferences.

Very spacious and great location. Only downfall is not enough seating in the living room for everyone to be able to watch a movie together. Few issues with the appliances but owner responded fast and was very helpful!

The room 5 STAR, the general property 0 stars. Room was super clean and spacious. One of my favorite rooms in many years of going to PCB. Quick reply and nice! However, The property in general, we will never go back. The rules were insane there. As little as-couldn’t have beach toys next to our chair while we swam or my babies stroller in pool area. Workers were rude. 1 pool so it did get crowded. Never knew when bar would be open.
