There are 4 king beds, 3 queen beds, 4 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa- all bedrooms and the TWO living rooms have a Flat screen TV. This incredible home has been recently remodeled with new hardwood floors downstairs, ship lap in the entry, quartz counter tops in kitchen, new handicap accessible master bath on the main level, handicap accessible ramp on the right side of the house, updated appliances, and two full size refrigerators!
Relax beach side on two amazing balconies that span the width of the house, with spectacular views of the pier and the Gulf. Stroll down to the beach anytime you want. Take the path directly off the back deck. When you return, you can use the rinsing station on the beach walk or outdoor shower! Walk down the beach to the pier or Pier Park nearby for some amazing shopping and dining. Hungry? Walk just 350 yards to Margaritaville. The driveway has parking for 5 vehicles, so bring your friends. Great house with a great location, right on the beach. Can easily walk to pier park and an easy drive to most restaurants and shops. House was clean and as described. It was perfect for our family and very convenient have a second living room upstairs with the other 4 bedrooms.
