About this house rental
Modern terraced house with sea views and communal pool Casa Amistad is a built terraced house which offers all the comforts of a modern home and stunning views across the surrounding countryside and towards the Atlantic Ocean. The light and friendly lounge-dining area is open plan to the kitchen and forms the heart of the house. It has a large flat screen tv, Internet access and air conditioning (hot and cold) and can be kept at a pleasant temperature all year round. The terrace is accessed from both the kitchen and the lounge. It is equipped with comfortable furniture. On the ground floor there is also a small shower room. On the first floor we have the master bedroom with double bed, a full bathroom en suite and a small balcony. The second bedroom with two single beds is also located on the first floor. It shares a shower room with the third bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The best spot to enjoy the warm summer evenings or spend the day in the slightly cooler seasons is the large roof terrace with fantastic panoramic views. It is equipped with comfortable sofas, sun beds and a sunshade. The communal pool with lawn area and palm trees is just in front of the house (pool is open all year round).

VFT/CA/01904 Casa Amistad is located in a newly constructed residential area on a slope just outside the town centre of Conil (10 - 15 minutes walk). There is a supermarket within walking distance. The beaches of Los Bateles and Castilnovo are a 15 minutes' walk away.

We stayed ten days in this fully equipped, clean house in a quiet neighborhood.

wir waren 2 wochen in casa Amistadt und es war herrlich und es war genau das was wir wollten.alles drin ,viel platz und herrlich ruhig.Erhohlsame nächte und alles leicht zu erreichen. parkplatz kein problem.ein super dachterrasse mit einmalige ausblick,für uns war es perfekt und wir kommen wieder und buchen über casa de la luz da auch da hat alles gepasst!!danke vielmals und bis nächstes jahr..

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Casa Amistad in Conil. Das Haus hat das gehalten, was die Bilder versprochen haben. Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus mit einer tollen Ausstattung. Speziell in der Küche vermisst man ja oftmals Besteck, Teller etc. Die Terrasse unten liegt direkt an der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer. Daher sehr praktisch für die Mahlzeiten im Freien. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und das Umland. Im Sommer bei kompletter Belegung der Anlage, würden mich persönlich die direkt nebenan bzw. darüber liegenden Terrassen der "Nachbarn" stören, da es keinen Blickschutz gibt.
Das Team von CASA DE LA LUZ kann ich nur weiter empfehlen, da sie im Vorfeld tolle Infos geschickt haben. Den Restaurant Empfehlungen kann man gerne folgen. Vor Ort waren Sie auch direkt da, als uns z. B. das Gas des Grills ausgegangen ist. Daher eine Empfehlung für ein schönes Haus und das Team.
