About this house rental
Modern terraced house with fantastic sea views and communal pool Casa Vista Atlantica is a terraced house which offers all the comforts of a modern home and stunning views across the surrounding countryside and towards the Atlantic Ocean. The light and friendly lounge-dining area is open plan to the kitchen and forms the heart of the house. It has a large flat screen tv, Internet access and air conditioning (hot and cold) and can be kept at a pleasant temperature all year round. The terrace is accessed from both the kitchen and the lounge. It is equipped with beautiful Moroccan furniture and also offers amazing sea views. On the ground floor there is aslo a small shower. On the first floor we find the master bedroom with double bed, a full bathroom en suite and a small balcony. The second bedroom with two single beds is also located on the first floor. It shares a shower room with the third bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The best spot to enjoy the warm summer evenings or spend the day in the slightly cooler seasons is the large roof terrace with fantastic panoramic views. It is equipped with comfortable sun beds and a sunshade roof. The communal pool with lawn area and palm trees is just in front of the house. The pool is open all year round.

Wir, 5 Personen. verbrachten eine Woche Anfang 2019 in diesem Ferienhaus. Es handelt sich um ein Reihenhaus auf 3 Wohn-Ebenen. Küche, Wohnzimmer und Terrasse im EG, 2 Schlafzimmer im 1. OG ein weiteres Schlafzimmer im 2. OG und darüber die Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung war supersauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Drei Schlafzimmer mit drei Bädern sind einfach praktisch, ebenso das WLAN, ein SAT-Fernseher und der große Gasgrill. Die Dachterrasse wurde von uns gerne am Morgen und am Abend genutzt. Der Blick aufs Meer und das Umland ist traumhaft. Schöner und sauberer Gemeinschaftspool direkt auf der anderen Seite des Hauses. Überzeugend war auch die Lage: 5 Minuten mit dem Auto ans Meer, 2-3 Minuten zu verschiedenen Supermärkten. Auch die Betreuung durch casdelaluz war gut. Alles war perfekt bei der Anreise vorbereitet. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Casa Vista Atlantica is a lovely house, perfect for our family of 5. The rooms are spacious, well decorated and nicely furnished. The kitchen and bathrooms and all in good working order and well appointed. The terrace off the kitchen is great. The views from the roof terrace are fabulous! The neighbouring swimming pool is really nice, very well maintained.
