Amazing value for the money and very cozy apartment!

Nice rooms with balconies, a good bath and a sufficient kitchen. The pool and pool area was amazing - very nice for a morning dive!

There were a couple of ants in the kitchen (not too many, but still) and a fly screen would be nice - but that's really complaining on a high level!

Great value, peaceful stay, and a fantastic pool!

We stayed at Spiridoula 1 Studios & Apartments from 20th to 24th June, and had a really enjoyable experience. For the price, the rooms were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The bathrooms, while compact, were nicely finished and had the rare bonus of an actual shower cubicle (a small but appreciated detail in Greece!). The pool area was a real highlight—spacious, clean, and deep (up to 3m!). It was never too busy during our stay, and there was plenty of room to relax around it. There’s no bar or café on site, which might be a downside for some, but we actually liked the flexibility of being able to bring our own drinks and snacks to the pool. The location is a little tucked away, so having a car is definitely a plus, but it also meant it was peaceful and quiet—ideal for a relaxing break. Overall, a great value stay. Would happily return!

Good experience :)

-Nikos was very kind, he gave us recommendations for beaches and restaurants (although as a girl who plans everything, I already had an itinerary made) he also left us some sweets and water in the fridge. -The apartment is like in the photos, nice and clean. -They carry out daily cleaning and change of towels.

-The bathroom with a curtain is a bit small, but we already knew this and even visiting other Greek islands, these types of bathrooms are very common, so then patience. -There are many mosquitoes in the area, although Nikos gave us a device to scare them away. Since it didn't work, he bought us another one, but I would recommend that if you stay here, you bring repellent. -You need a car or quad to visit places of interest and supermarkets. We had no problems since we had an ATV.

Nikos is a great host, he was very available and helped us many times with various informations. The pool is always clean and calm, our apartment had a nice balcony and has AC perfectly running. Great experience!

The apartments are quite distant from the seaside, 25 min walk, and the street is not very walk-friendly, so yo will need to rent a car or a scooter for sure!

Such a beautiful week away in Sidari!

The property was beautifully decorated, clean spacious and had a large outdoor/pool area plenty of sun beds and umbrellas although the hotel was full it felt like we had a private pool to ourselves a lot of the time it was great. The apartments were surrounded by greenery it was all perfect for what we wanted. it was a little walk into Sidari around 25 minutes however there was a supermarket and restaurants within 15 mins walking distance. Nikos the host was very friendly and greeted us on arrival he was always on hand for any questions we had and was always happy to help! Such an amazing holiday we will definitely be back.

There was nothing we didn’t like! Only thing I would recommend is to hire a scooter/quad to get around as they are main roads to walk into the town and are really dark on a night time. The taxis were cheap too though around 6/7 euros!

Sidari accommodation

The locasion was nice and quiet. The accommodation has a little kitchen with all you need, even a coffe machine. It also has a well-kept swimming pool. The stuff was very friendly and advised us with aboug places that we must visit.

You get a lot for the price! I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an almost hotel like stay on a budget.

Everything was tidy, clean and modern. The owner and his mother where both extremely friendly and helpful. It was really quiet during day- and nighttime, which we liked. The pool was a nice add on and great to swim in, but we only used it one time, when the weather wasn‘t so hot. You can get to great beaches in Afionas, Paleokastritsa and Kassiopi by scooter or car.

I wouldn‘t recommend it if you don‘t plan on renting a scooter or car for your stay, as it takes you around 25 minutes to get to the city center by foot, where most restaurants are. But we rented a scooter, which worked out very well.

Nice accommodation

The apartment was exactly according to the photos and description. Nice and clean. We were very satisfied. The pool was amazing, we really enjoyed it. The only thing I definitely recommend to everyone is to buy a Raid in the drawer before arriving, because there are an incredible number of mosquitoes, which did not allow us to sleep the first night.

We had no problem with anything.

We had a great stay and would come again.

The hotel owner and everyone else working there were very nice. The location was great, balcony view was just trees and green we loved it. It was also nice and quiet as the road is not too busy. The kitchen had everything we needed for some simple cooking. We liked also that there were a few things to play with in the Pool as you don’t necessarily bring those or want to buy and take home. There were enough parking spaces and good Wifi. The room looked like on the pictures and was cleaned every day.

Beautiful peaceful stay.

The apartments are in a lovely location about 15 mins from the strip. We enjoyed being away from the noise and walking in to the town (although a taxi is around 5euro should you want) They are surrounded by greenery and the view from our balcony was beautiful. They have been recently renovated and include all the essentials to cook a basic meal. Nicos was a wonderful host and was around should we need advice etc. The pool is lovely and well looked after.

The bathroom (as you can see in the pictures) is very small and made showering the kids a little messy! Although we knew what to expect as per the listing we would have preferred a double bed in the main bedroom.

Nothing wrong with the property but it can be difficult to get a taxi at times due to limited taxi drivers in Sidari.

I’m missing it already!

The location for us was perfect…away from the tourist traps and surrounded by nature instead. It was a relief to return there each night and enjoy the quiet. The host takes great care to maintain a quality environment and responds immediately to any requests.

The only thing I’d suggest is to put a screen door on the balcony.

Beautiful, clean property in a pleasant and quiet area just a few minutes away from the centre. Nikos was a brilliant host who sorted our small issues immediately. Could not recommend to stay here more, will definitely visit again when in Corfu.

Best place in sidari

Nikos is very polite and attentive. We could always contact him via whatsapp. One day there was no hot water. We contacted Nikos. And he immediatly fixed the problem. He was very kind. He even gave us some sweets to make up. Also its a very quit place, we liked that, near the beach and restaurants.

Lovely peaceful apartment in Corfu

Great apartment with everything you need and good air-conditioning.Large swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Quiet location. The apartment was cleaned every other day. Nikos was very helpful and answered any questions quickly by text and was there to meet us on arrival. Ideally it is better to have a rental car/scooters to explore the island. However, Sidari beach and restaurants are within a 20/25 minute walk. There is also a well stocked supermarket 10 minutes walk away.

The rooms are cleaned every 2 days, The kitchen eqiupment was enough to make some meals, welcome pack in the fridge was nice too. The owner helpful.

The area around the apartment was terrible, no plants, grass or a nice garden. It was far from the centre, so for those who dont have a car, not a good idea. Empty, too quiet. Very little shower. The kitchen table should be bigger, more shelves in the kitchen.

Superbe séjour où on a déjà envie de revenir !

L’accueil de Nikos est très agréable, il a pu nous donner plusieurs adresses de restaurant, supermarché et lieux insolites à faire ! L’appartement est spacieux, propre avec tout le nécessaire. L’accès à la piscine est ouvert à n’importe quel moment de la journée ou soirée. Ce fut un plaisir de séjourner chez Nikos, nous recommandons à 100%

Il y avait cependant quelques soucis de pression dans la douche, les matelas un peu dur pour nous mais cela reste subjectif

Heerlijk verblijf!

Wij hadden een appartement met twee slaapkamers met ieder een balkon. Een keuken met magnetron, kookplaat, koffiezetapparaat en n gezellig zitje. Van alle gemakken voorzien zelfs een strijkijzer. Goed onderhouden en schoon dankzij Leila een superlieve dame. Het zwembad is geweldig en het water zo schoon! Heerlijk verblijf als je van rust houdt!

Confort y amabilidad en Sidari

Nikos nos estaba esperando cuando llegamos (casi a las 23 de la noche porque las carreteras de la isla son enrevesadas y tardas en acostumbrarte, por lo que tardamos más de lo que planeábamos), fue súper amable y nos atendió genial. Nos envió algunas recomendaciones sobre qué hacer en la isla que merecían mucho la pena. Todo fueron facilidades. La habitación estaba muy limpia, el baño parecía recién reformado y las camas eran súper cómodas. Nos cambiaron las sábanas y las toallas a mitad de semana. Nos gustó el detalle de que no dejaran que estuviéramos tantos días con la misma ropa de cama y toallas. No dudaríamos en volver.

Relax in mezzo al verde

ottima posizione in mezzo al verde, tranquilla, un poco fuori al paese per chi non ama i rumore della movida, ma sempre raggiungibile in due minuti di auto. Una piscina grande e pulita, l'appartamento è essenziale ma comodo.

Si potrebbe fornire più accorgimenti, soprattutto in cucina, per esempio, sale, pepe, olio, caffe, zucchero, scottex, tovaglioli. Sono cose piccole ma quando vai in vacanza di pochi giorni non fai una spesa grande e queste cose sono un plus a favore della struttura.
