It was wonderful to have our own kitchen and garden seating area so that we could self cater as we stayed for 6 nights. The washing machine was a great bonus too.

A good place to stay to visit Le Cinque Terre

The property is in a walking distance from downtown and train station. It is located in a quiet and peaceful environment. The house was comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated also the kindness of our host also by providing a parking place for us upon arrival.

The bad weather didn't allow us to enjoy the gazebo and the garden right beside our appartment, but this was not depending from our host.

Excellent stay!!

Stefania is an ideal host. The check-in was very easy, she fixed a parkingspace nearby, and gave us some tips about Levanto. The house is situated near to the city center and only a few minutes from the beach. There are a lot of facilities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, beach umbrella,... I really recommend it!

Nära till bad, centrum, tåg. Vacker utsikt, lugnt område. Utrustat med det man behöver för att kunna äta frukost.

Lite för hårda kuddar, brödrosten gick inte att använda för då gick det en propp. Men det kunde vi återställa, men vi använde inte brödrosten.

La situación y el jardín precioso.

Por la noche sobre 2 de la mañana se ponían en funcionamiento el aspersor del jardín. Se lo dije a la dueña que vive arriba pero me dijo que era cosa de su hijo, no tiene sentido poner a regar a esas horas y con clientes.No aptos para personas con alguna discapacidad física.

Una piacevole sopresa

Struttura molto bella una casa adagiata sulle pendici delle colline che subito si alzano dal paese ma a 2 passi dalla prima spiaggia. L’appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato era ben organizzato con una cucina tutta nuova e dotata di servizi ( compresa lavatrice e lavastoviglie), bagno e camera, più uno stupendo giardino antistante pienamente usufruibile e impagabile per bellezza ( e per il micro clima che nel periodo estivo è una salvezza). Al ns soggiorno non ho incontrato i gestori fisicamente, ma tramite messaggi sono stati praticamente presenti e la signora ( proprietaria della casa anch’essa lì residente) è stata di una cortesia d’altri tempi, oltre che piacevole interlocutore di conversazioni in alcune occasioni di “incrocio” nel giardino facendoti sentire come di casa… Vicino alla spiaggia e al centro, ma appunto in posizione privilegiata in alto ( e per chi si muove senza auto anche tutto sommato vicina alla stazione) è un’ottima location!

Direi nulla di particolare, al limite un suggerimento per piccolo ulteriore investimento: forse solo causa sfortunata coincidenza del ns soggiorno, ma l’estate torrida non ha risparmiato la solitamente ventilata Liguria. Benedetto il giardino che sicuramente più ventilato per i pasti, ma nella stanza da letto sarebbe stato un plus avere eventualmente al posto del lampadario, uno di quelli con le pale integrate. Il piccolo ventilatore a colonna presente, anche per la disposizione delle prese nella stanza, non è stato molto d’aiuto nello specifico. Mero dettaglio pro futuro, visto che tali estati purtroppo pare saranno sempre più frequenti.. E se proprio un piccolo limite, il posto auto che c’è, ed è una gran cosa, ma oggettivamente un po’ “macchinoso” nella fruibilità non proprio semplice, quindi a mio avviso va visto più come statico x tutto il soggiorno. Nulla di che, ma va messo in conto. Niente appunto che modifichi l’ottimo giudizio e impressione avuta.

Appartement bien situé dans un quartier calme, à 10 mn à pied de la gare qui désert tous les villages des 5 Terres. Bonne literie . Petite cuisine qui permet de prendre ses repas si besoin. Accueil très sympathique et surtout l'avantage de pouvoir garer sa voiture dans la cour de la maison.
